Belgrade Airport Gets Certificate for Usage of Newly Built Runway from June 6

The director of the Civil Aviation Directorate of Serbia, Mirjana Cizmarov, has handed over to the CEO of the Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, Francois Berisot, the changed certificate of the airport which enables the use of the newly built runway.

As the Directorate announced, it has been determined that all the conditions for the beginning of the use of the new runway at the Belgrade Airport have been met, and the amended certificate will come into effect on June 6 this year.

It has been assessed that the use of the new runway will contribute to the further improvement of the air transport and the airport infrastructure and lead to an increase in the traffic.
