The Government of Serbia has adopted the decision which determines the public interest for the expropriation of real estate, to the end of building an exhibition space complex for the purposes of EXPO 2027 and public traffic areas.

This is land in Surcin, and in line with the Spatial Plan of special-purpose area of the National Football Stadium and the Spatial Plan of the special-purpose area of the National Football Stadium – second phase.

The exact location of the real estate that is the subject of the expropriation has not been cited.

The Republic of Serbia is set as the user of the expropriation of the real estate.
