Lidl Srbija Awarded with Employer Partner Certificate

For the third time in a row, Lidl Srbija has been awarded with the “Employer Partner” certificate which is awarded for excellence in managing human potentials by the consulting house SELECTIO. This independent acknowledgment by experts in HR confirms that Lidl Srbija actively improves business practices in this field and that it continuously invests in the well-being of its employees.

This year, Lidl Srbija has shown a special focus and the best results in practical activities in the fields of inclusive corporate culture which provides the employees with the feeling of belonging to the company, as well as in the field of professional development in the workplace, which for Lidl employees begins even before the first work day at the company, which, according to the experts’ estimate, belongs among the best HR practices in companies all over the world.
