Turkish Factory Erenli in Leskovac to Open in Late August or Early September

The Turkish factory Erenli in Leskovac will open at the end of August or at the beginning of September, announced the director, Fikret Aynibal.

Aynibal said that “95% of the works on the construction of the factory in the Green Zone have been completed, that some smaller installations still remain to be done, and that they plan to submit the documentation for the permit in two weeks,” according to the city’s website.

He added that they planned the official opening in August, that there were 33 employees working at that moment, and that at the end of August and the beginning of September, they planned to employ another 100 workers.

Let us remind that, Erenli, which operates in Leskovac, has received EUR 3.78 million in incentives from the Republic of Serbia for the construction of a facility for the production of circulation systems in the automotive industry.

Erenli has obliged by contract to give full employment to at least 338 new workers by the end of 2025 and to make investments in material and non-material means of the company of at least EUR 16.6 million (of which 25% has to be financed from their own funds) within the same deadline.

Previously, state land of 67,469 square meters was allocated to Erenli for the construction of this facility, without compensation.

The main products made by Erenli are cooling and heating systems, CAC hoses, emission control systems and hoses for the cooling of oil. The plan is to produce mixtures and to launch a production line for plastic pipes at the new facility.
