Today, on June 14, 2023, with flight JU558, Air Serbia commenced a new service between Belgrade and Palermo. The national airline will operate flights from Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport to the administrative center of Sicily twice a week, each Wednesday and Saturday, throughout the entire summer season, the company says in a press release.

– By launching a direct service to this city, we enabled travelers to reach that Italian island in less than two hours. With direct flights to Catania, which we recently launched, passengers have the opportunity to combine flights and thus get to know the whole of Sicily. We believe that many will take advantage of this opportunity – said Boško Rupić, General Manager Commercial and Strategy, Air Serbia.

Air Serbia offers good connections from Palermo, via Belgrade, to other cities in its network, such as Dusseldorf, Zurich, Amsterdam, Paris, Istanbul, Vienna, Ljubljana, Zagreb, Berlin, Oslo and Stuttgart.
