16th REBEC Opens – Real Estate Market Worth EUR 7.5 Billion Last Year, More Attention Paid to Artificial Intelligence

This year, REBEC is being held for the 16th time, and this is the first time that more attention is paid to the topics of artificial intelligence and digitization in the real estate sector, said the director of REBEC, Aleksandar Opsenica.

At the opening of the conference, he reminded that the real estate market in Serbia was worth a record EUR 7.5 billion in 2022.

For the sixteenth time, Belgrade will host the most prominent representatives of international companies from over 40 countries, responsible for shaping global trends in real estate development.

During the three days of the event, through 26 panels, burning issues from the fields of the development of hotel management, retail, office space, logistics and industry, as well as apartment construction, will be presented. We will present new tendencies in legislation, banking and new trends in modern urban planning and architecture.
