Pension and Disability Insurance Fund Improving Communication with Citizens – Preparation of Web Portal and Application Worth RSD 362 Million Commissioned

The Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of the Republic of Serbia has opened the tender for the upgrading of the software solution for improving the communication with the citizens through the implementation of a contact center.

According to the technical specification of the tender, the job worth RSD 362 million entails the implementation of the application for the overview and updating of data on Android devices, applications for end-users for Android and iOS, a web portal with news and a portal for entering, changing and deleting information.

The bidder is obliged to deliver the licenses for the integration of the software solution for improving the communication with the citizens with the external system of the Treasury Administration. The total number of the necessary licenses is 21, for as many locations in Serbia and abroad.

As pointed out, it is necessary for the software solutions for improving the communication with the citizens to be integrated with the external system of the Treasury Administration so that it reads data on each individual user and so that it allows the updating of the data on each individual user.

– The integration of these two systems will enable the Fund to improve its services for the citizens through the rationalization of the communication channels and the provision of quicker and more efficient services – the tendering documentation says.

The app for overviewing and updating the data in external locations will be available for mobile devices, as will be the app for end-users, through which the end-user of the app will have an insight into their data and an overview of the services for the external location in which they are currently located.

The app for end-users will contain the profile of the end-user and their data, as well as the possibility of forwarding the inquest for the data on the concrete end-user in the external system of the Treasury Administration, through this new information system.

The app provides the possibility of displaying the list of all services that are related to the external location where the end-user is located at the moment.

The tender is open until August 7.
