Danish Company European Energy Interested in Building Solar Park with 100 MW in Leskovac

The mayor of Leskovac, Goran Cvetanovic, has held a meeting with representatives of the Danish company European Energy, which is interested in building a solar park of 100 MW in Leskovac, the local self-government announced.

They add that it is a company which, last year, planned and built solar parks, wind farms and biogas power plants thanks to which 66 GW of renewable energy was produced.

– The development potentials of the City of Leskovac in the field of sustainable development were presented to the delegation of the Danish company, there were talks about the advantages of using renewable energy sources, but also about the potential locations in the territory of the city where the project of the construction of a solar power plant could be realized – the press release says.
