Infrastructural Equipping of Free Zone Vranje Continues

The agreement on the co-financing of the project of the construction of fecal sewer in the function of equipping the investment locations in the area of Free Zone Vranje, in the total amount of RSD 8.8 million, was signed by the minister without a portfolio in charge of an even regional development, Edin Djerlek, and the mayor of Vranje, Slobodan Milenkovic.

Djerlek estimated that the realization of the project enabled the conditions for infrastructural equipping within Free Zone Vranje, as well as the necessary technical preconditions for bringing future investors, creating new jobs and a more intensive economic development of the city of Vranje, but also the Pcinja Distric as a whole, the Government of Serbia announced.

According to him, the project will enable the infrastructural completion of the investment locations and the business-production capacities with the Training Center for workers, which will develop expert staff through dual education in line with the investors’ needs.

Talking about the importance of Free Zone Vranje, mayor Milenkovic pointed out that, thanks to this project, its further development and the attracting of new investors would be enabled.
