Muehlbauer from Germany to hire 100 people in Stara Pazova and invest EUR 4 million in construction of technology center for engineering
The German company Muehlbauer is going to receive subsidies from the Serbian government in the amount of EUR 500,000 for hiring 100 people in Stara Pazova where it plans to invest EUR 4 million in the construction of a technology center for engineering.
An agreement on the allotment of non-refundable investment incentives, administrated by SIEPA, will be signed on May 23 between the company Muehlbauer and Minister of Economy and Regional Development Nebojsa Ciric.
As it was announced earlier, the investor will hire local construction companies and use the services of domestic firms to implement this project, thus stimulating the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the country.
According to the project, a 4,000-square-meter production hall will be built on a 21,245-square-meter land, of which market value is EUR 354,083.
