EUR 5 Million for Pisarnica App – Investment in Electronic Documentation Management

The Office for Information Technologies and Electronic Government has opened the public call for the implementation of the software solution for the management of electronic documentation.

This entails the license for the software solution for the management of electronic documentation (Pisarnica app), as well as the services of the implementation of said software solution within state organs and other institutions.

According to the documentation, office procedure jobs are done in Pisarnica by using the unique software solution – the Pisarnica app, in which a centralized register of the document material is run. The basic purpose of establishing the system is the automation of the business processes in the public administration organs which are obliged to comply with the existing regulations on office operations.

– The implementation of this system, envisaged by the Decree on Office Operations (in effect since February 1, 2022) and the very implementation of the new decree in state organs will replace/upgrade the current manner of operations. The implementation of the solution for the Pisarnica app is the precondition for a successful digitization of the processes in the public administration in the Republic of Serbia – it is added.

In line with the Decree on Office Operations, the Office for IT and eGovernment has established the centralized app Pisarnica, which is integrated with all the other necessary electronic government services.

– Considering the importance of the digitization process, as well as the quickest possible and unobstructed implementation of the Pisarnica app in the state organs, a sufficient number of the necessary licenses needs to be secured, to the end of an unobstructed and optimally efficient use of the Pisarnica app. The subject of this procurement are additional user licenses for the Pisarnica app, software licenses for scanning in the Pisarnica app and the service of their implementation in the form of hiring experts of the necessary profiles – it is said.

The estimated value amounts to RSD 600,000,000 (more than EUR 5 million) without the VAT.

The application deadline is September 27.
