Nexe group issues bonds worth 120 million euros - Biggest issue of corporate bonds in history of Croatian securities market

Nexe Group, Croatia's largest manufacturer of building materials, has successfully finished the biggest issuing of corporate bonds in the history of the Croatian securities market in the amount of EUR 120 million.

Investors have expressed a clear interest in supporting this issue, in which numerous banks, pension funds, investment funds, insurance companies and other institutional investors took part.

- The successful issue and such big interest expressed are proofs of investors' trust in the potential of Nexe Group, which makes me very proud. This success and the historically big issue of corporate bonds on the Zagreb Stock Exchange show that Nexe Group is one of the leading domestic companies when it comes to the transparency of operations and application of high standards in corporate management - said Ivan Ergovic, chairman of the Managing Board of Nexe Group.

The new corporate bonds of Nexe Group are issued for the period of 30 months, with a 7.825% coupon, and the issue agent was Auctor d.o.o. During the first four months, Nexe Group increased the sales revenues by 22.6 percent, while EBITDA was sextupled and amounted to HRK 30.9 million.

Nexe Group owes the following Serbian companies: IGM Strazilovo Sremski Karlovci, Jelen Do, Polet Novi Becej, Toza Markovic Kikinda.
