Parking Lot of “Park and Drive” Type with 454 Spaces to Be Built in Autokomanda Next to Highway – Looking for Company for Supervision of Works

The company Parking Servis Beograd has opened the public call for expert supervision over the works on the construction of the “park and drive” parking lot in Autokomanda.

The project documentation and the works plan to develop a parking area for passenger vehicles of around 11,000 m2, for around 454 parking spaces.

The “park and drive” system, according to the tender, “is established in general parking lots outside the zoned areas”. Once they park their vehicle, the users can continue their journey by riding on public transport vehicles which service the area in the immediate vicinity of the parking lot – it is added.

– A functional and spatial connecting of internal parking areas with the existing network of the surrounding traffic routes, with a sufficient number of entry-exit points for vehicles and pedestrians, is planned – says the tendering documentation.

Let us remind that the tender for the construction was also opened a month ago, and recently, the bid submission deadline was extended until October 11, so the contractor is expected to be selected soon.
