The Municipality of Boljevac has put the Detailed Regulation Plan for the construction of the wind farm Cestobrodica up for an early public inspection.

According to the document that was prepared by Infoplan doo from Arandjelovac, the plan is to build a wind farm of 236 MW, with 55 wind generator columns.

The investor is Vetroenergy doo Beograd, according to the data of the Serbian Business Registers Agency, 100% owned by Wind Alliance doo Beograd, whose majority owner, in turn, is Company Co Limited from Cyprus. The plan is for the wind farm Cestobrodica to be located in the territories of the municipalities of Boljevac (the cadaster municipalities Krivi Vir and Lukovo) and Sokobanja (the cadaster municipalities Josanica, Rujevica and Vrbovac).

The space meant for the construction of the infrastructural complex for the wind farm is located in the territory of Krivi Vir and Lukovo near the Cestobrodica mountain pass, ahead of Boljevac, around 30 km from the highway E75.

The total area of the plan for the construction of the wind farm is 11.162 ha, of which 5.860 ha is in the municipality of Boljevac, and 5.302 ha in the municipality of Sokobanja.

For the purposes of connecting the wind farm Cestobrodica to the power transfer system of Serbia, the plan is to prepare a separate planning document – the Detailed Regulation Plan for two single-system connecting power lines. The power lines are to be built in the territories of the municipalities of Boljevac and Razanj, the plan says.

The early public inspection lasts until the end of October.
