Sid Seeking Private Partner for Heating of 24 Public Facilities and Reconstruction of System for Production of Heating Energy – Job Worth EUR 5.6 Million

The EU Delegation to Serbia has opened the tender for the selection of a private partner and the awarding of an agreement on a public-private partnership for a long-term supply of heating energy to 24 public facilities, with the reconstruction of the system for the production of heating energy in the Municipality of Sid.

The subject of the procurement procedure primarily encompasses the construction of connecting gas pipelines and metering and regulation stations, the installation of efficient gas-heating generators for facades/exterior installation and their connecting to the existing secondary heating installations in facilities, the tender says.

The estimated total value of the job without the VAT is EUR 5.6 million.
