Tender announced for the reconstruction and extension of the Third Basic Court in Belgrade - The building is getting another floor and an additional 1,500 m2

The Ministry of Justice has announced a public procurement for the reconstruction and extension of the building of the Third Basic Court in Belgrade. Its building is located on Mihajla Pupina Boulevard in New Belgrade.

The project, developed by Almis Company d.o.o. predicts that, from the current 5,902 m2, after the reconstruction, the building of the Third Basic Court will have a gross floor area of 7,370 m2, which eKapija already wrote about.

The plan is to upgrade the third floor above the part of the building with LF+GF+2 floors, where the premises of the Third Basic Prosecutor's Office will be arranged with all the necessary spatial elements and installations.

Expansion of the building's dimensions through additions is also planned, as stated, both at the basement level for the needs of the archive, as well as at the ground floor level for the needs of the court due to the lack of space for employees and the documentation that is processed on the daily basis.

The newly designed counter hall, reception and expedition services are positioned at the entrance to the facility due to accessibility and occupy the current space of the atrium of the lower part of the facility. The project also provides for the reconstruction of the basement and the repair of damage caused by floods and sewage spills.

In the attic above the fourth floor, the existing rooms will be combined and a cafeteria area for employees will be built.
