Memorandum of Understanding Signed Between Ministry of Science and Microsoft

The minister of science, technological development and innovations of Serbia, Jelena Begovic, and the Serbia country manager at Microsoft, Milan Gospic, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding which opens new doors to Serbian researchers, startups and students.

According to her, this way, all the innovative Microsoft solutions will now be available to Serbian researchers and students.

Microsoft has a huge research and development center in Serbia and is one of the most innovative and best ones in the world, she said and added that the company had announced that it would shortly create another 60 jobs for engineers from Serbia and thereby enable them to stay in the country.

Gospic said that Microsoft believed in Serbia’s potential and reminded that one of Microsoft’s globally most innovative development centers had operated in Serbia for 18 years.
