Property of Azotara Subotica, Former Artificial Fertilizer Factory, up for Sale

The bankruptcy supervisor of Azotara Subotica has announced the sale of the property of this company in bankruptcy.

The former artificial fertilizer factory in the Bikovo settlement near Subotica is being sold as the decision on the bankruptcy, passed by the bankruptcy judge of the Commercial Court in Subotica, has become final.

At an initial price of RSD 76.3 million, the offer includes land, facilities and equipment in Bikovo. The subject of the sale is building land of 67,746 m2, as well as four registered and four unregistered industrial facilities of various purposes, with a total area of 24,087 m2. Of the movable property, the offer includes part of the laboratory equipment.

Let us remind that Azotara has been in bankruptcy proceedings since November 2019, and the decision on the bankruptcy was adopted six months later, in March 2020.
