State to Found “Temporary” Company Akvatik Centar

The Government of Serbia has adopted the decision to found the company called Privredno drustvo SPV Akvatik centar d.o.o. Beograd, for the purpose of the construction of a sports complex for water sports.

The decision says that, following the construction of the sports complex for water sports, as well as upon the issuing of the exploitation permit and the listing of the facility in the land register and the attendant rights, that is, upon the expiration of the deadline of five years, the conditions will be met for the company to be shut down in line with the law, and all the rights and obligations of the company will be transferred to the Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia.

The seat of the company is in New Belgrade, at 76 Jurija Gagarina Street, and the Building Directorate of Serbia, which is located at the same address, has been appointed director. The company Akvatik centar will have a founding capital of RSD 100,000 and be registered for the activity of the construction of “other unmentioned buildings.”

Let us remind that, while presenting the “Leap into the Future” plan, the minister of finance of Serbia, Sinisa Mali announced the construction of an aquatic center, a new water sports center.
