"Delhaize" takes over "Pekabeta" per 7,220 dinars - 26,000 dinars per share for "C Market"

The Securities Commission approved yesteray to "Delta Maxi" chain, four take-over bids, said the Commission spokesperson, Vesna Vujic.

The Commission has approved a takeover offer for 32.7% of shares in the company "Zvezdara" at a price of 700 dinars for a single action, and "C market" - 1.62%, at a cost of 26,000 dinars per share.

Also, "Delta Maxi" has been approved take-over bid for 21.7% shares of trading company "Srbija" from Kragujevac, at a price of 500 dinars per share and 30.6% of the share package in "Pekabeta" at a price of 7,220 dinars. "Pekabeta" was the only company within "Maxi" group whose shares have been traded more intensively in the past at the BSE.

At the offered price of 7,220 dinars the market capitalization of this retailer amounts to 3.27 billion dinars (31.9 million EUR).
