Property of IMK 14. oktobar Krusevac Put up for Sale

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has published the ad for the sale of the property of Industrija masina i komponenata 14. oktobar ad Krusevac in bankruptcy. This pertains to the company’s immovable property which is located on the cadaster parcel 1652/1 Varvarin (village), and the initial price at which the property is offered is RSD 75,754,146.

The offer includes a 9217/9968 share of the building land of 9,968 m2, a metal-processing facility (hall) of 2,703 m2, an office building of undetermined activity (management building) of 589 m2, a metal-processing facility (hall) of 2,501 m2, a side building (guardhouse) of 32 m2, a side building (paints and coatings warehouse) of 38 m2 and a side building (acetylene and oxygen substation) of 20 m2. The property up for sale also includes transformer stations of 23 m2 and 8 m2, a side facility (compressor station) of 33 m2, as well as movable property (fixed assets, small inventory and stock).

The deadline for the buyout of the documentation is April 3, and according to the ad, the property is to be bought as-seen and can be viewed after the buyout of the sales documentation, each work day, and by April 4 at the latest.

The sale of this property through the method of public bidding will be held on April 10, from 11am, at the address of the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency, 23 Terazije Street.
