Modular Residential Building Produced in Brcko, Assembled in Austria in Only 30 Hours

The company Module One from Brcko has successfully completed a project in the Austrian city of Wiener Neustadt.

The project encompassed the construction of two residential buildings of a modular type with 1,500 m2 of residential space across 20 apartments. During the assembly of the second building, a presentation of Module One and the modular construction system was held. A residential building of 27 modules and four balcony segments had been produced in the factory in Brcko, which was then assembled in Austria in an incredible 30 hours.

The director of the company, Dino Sacirovic, pointed out on that occasion that modular construction in those areas was still almost unknown.

– Most people confuse this type of construction with containers and pre-fabricated houses, which is essentially incomparable with what we produce, which are multi-story facilities which can have various applications. With each day, modular construction is becoming a bigger and bigger trend in construction worldwide, due to the quickness of the construction, bigger costs and quality control and increased self-sustainability. Today, modular facilities meet all the requirements of modern real estate and, with their architecture and design, do not lag behind the conventionally built facilities in any way.

We used the assembly of the residential building to present the company Module One, that is, our technical solutions, which are a result of the hard work in the past year and a half, says director Sacirovic. The promotion was also attended by investors and representatives of many companies from Austria and Germany, as well as numerous Austrian media.

All those present, as well as the citizens of Wiener Neustadt, were delighted with the speed of the construction and the degree of completeness of the delivered modules. Accidental passers-by were fascinated with the manner and the speed of the construction, because, in the morning, when they were going to work, there was only the foundation slab, and in the afternoon, when they were returning, they could see the two finished floors of the building. So far, only the local media have written about Module One, but in the past few days, Module One has become a topic in the most popular media throughout Austria, reports the nula49 portal.
