The City Administration of Belgrade, the Commission for Business Space, has put up the indoor and outdoor facilities within the sports complex in Belgrade, zone one, at 65 Tadeusa Koscuska Street, up for sale. These are facilities which are located in a part of the cadaster parcel 1/40, cadaster municipality Stari Grad, that is, the former Tennis Center Novak, which the tennis player Novak Djokovic has returned to the city of Belgrade.

Within the sports complex, the tenants are offered indoor facilities with an area of 1,847 m2, as well as outdoor facilities with a total area of 7,551 m2.

– Said facilities are put up for lease in a procedure of collection of written bids through public advertising. The procedure of putting them up for lease will be carried out even if only one bid is sent – the ad says.

The facilities, as pointed out, are leased for the purpose of carrying out sports activities in the field of tennis.

The lowest rent price at which the facilities are leased is RSD 641 per m2 for the indoor facilities within the sports complex and RSD 106 per m2 for the outdoor facilities. The lease agreement is to be signed for an indefinite period of time.

The bidder is also obliged to pay a deposit of RSD 6 million.

The deadline for the submission of bids is April 16, and more details (in Serbian) can be seen HERE.
