Companies selected for continuation of works on Gradska Trznica building in Kragujevac – Value of agreement RSD 368 million

The consortium consisting of Termomont doo Beograd, BS Projekt 2009 doo Valjevo, Falcon Survey doo Beograd, Tetra inzenjering doo Valjevo, Telesec doo and Pro 19 doo has won the job of the planning and completion of the works on the Gradska Trznica building in Kragujevac. The value of the agreement is RSD 368 million.

The reconstruction of the Gradska Trznica building in Kragujevac began back in 2020 and the execution of the works ended unceremoniously with the termination of the contract with the contractors due to, as the media reported at the time, the failure to comply with the stipulations of the contract.

As announced earlier, the works on the adaptation and repair of the original Gradska Trznica building have not been done since December 2022, and on February 1, 2023, the contract signed with the contractor was officially terminated.
