SCC introduces new AI-based services for the economy

The Serbian Chamber of Commerce (SCC) and its Center for Digital Transformation in cooperation with strategic partner Microsoft is working on the introduction of two new digital services based on artificial intelligence - "Meeting Prep AI", a "digital agent" for preparing meetings and "Data Dialogue AI", a digital assistant "in charge" of analyzing all key elements in business, Marko Cadez, president of the SCC, announced today at the Adria Summit.

A digital agent will facilitate the entire preparation of meetings and obtain all important information, starting from the person you are meeting with to the possibility of cooperation and partnership with a given company or institution, the SCC website reported.

- Data Dialogue AI will allow you to read extensive data in a very simple way, talking to a digital assistant and thus gain insight and analyze all elements important for business. These are the tools we are working on and which are designed to facilitate companies' daily operations and make them more productive and efficient - explained the president of SCC.

At the Adria Summit, Cadez participated, together with representatives of Microsoft, on a panel on usage of AI in business and pointed out that this event is an excellent platform for exchanging ideas about the future of business and tools used to generate new business.

- At this panel, together with our strategic partner Microsoft, we talked about how to use the latest technologies, bringing them down to the level of everyday use in companies. This is precisely the basic task of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, that through our Center for Digital Transformation and through the Innovation Hub, we launch tools which enable business people to use AI and the latest technologies for everyday work - said Cadez and reminded the audience that SCC has already launched two digital tools which use artificial intelligence: "Bizchat" and "Inovers" platform.
