Dundjerski Palace in Zrenjanin up for sale

The Zrenjanin-based real estate agency m2 Gsigma has advertised the sale of the Dundjerski Palace in the center of Zrenjanin.

The price for the facility of 2,454 m2 and the plot of land of 20.74 ares is EUR 866,000.

The Dundjerski Palace is a Secession-style building and one of the most beautiful edifices in the city on the river Begej.

The construction of the palace began in 1905.

It was built as part of the complex of the Beckerek brewery, for Lazar Dundjerski, one of the wealthiest land owners and industrialists of his era in Vojvodina, the ad says.

The floor plan surface of the palace amounts to 1,227 m2. It consists of a basement, ground floor and upper floor on a closed-type parcel of 20.74 ares. It is registered as a residential-office building.

Due to its construction and architectural properties, the building has been pronounced a monument of high cultural importance.

It was reconstructed in 2019 in compliance with all the rules of protection.
