Belgrade opens tender for procurement of software for management of states of emergency

The Secretariat for Defense, States of Emergency and Coordination Affairs has opened the tender for the procurement of licensed software for the management of states of emergency for the needs of the Belgrade City Authority for States of Emergency.

As clarified in the documentation, the software will be used for the management of the system of protection and rescue for the needs of an efficient functioning of the Belgrade City Authority for States of Emergency, the general-purpose units of civil protection and other subjects of significance for protection and rescue.

– The software system should be enabled for use on Android, iOS and WEB, using the native language for each of the required platforms. The system needs to be of a closed type, so that user access would be allowed exclusively to the users determined by the local self-government. The users will have a multi-layered level of privileges, the creation of special privileges. All said functionalities must be featured within a single software solution – the documentation specifies.

Among other things, the software needs to feature options such as a simple forming of reports on states of emergency that are recorded in the system, the entry of the data on the events during states of emergency (text, images, location), the uploading of photographs from the site concerning the events within states of emergency, the determining of the geo-referential data about the locations of the events that occur during a state of emergency.

The estimated value of the procurement is around RSD 12 million without the VAT.

Bids may be sent by July 30.
