The president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, has announced that the pensions will be raised from December 1.

He stated that the Government of Serbia had accepted his proposition and that the pensions would increase not from January 1, 2025, but from December 1, and that he believed that the increase would be 11%.

– I want to tell our pensioners that it seems that the Government has accepted the idea for the pensions to increase from December 1, one month earlier. I believe that it will be 11 percent, and there will be plenty more good news – Vucic said in a video message published on his Instagram profile.
