Blue Hall of Sava Centar opened at official ceremony – EUR 40 million invested in reconstruction and upgrade

The premiere Belgrade performance of Zdravko Colic accompanied by the philharmonic orchestra was the first art event marking the beginning of the new life of the reconstructed Blue Hall and also the marking of the reconstruction of Sava Centar. This concert, symbolically, started with the song “Produzi dalje” (“Move On”), which caused a surge of emotions among those present. The atmosphere full of incredible energy, as Delta Holding announces, clearly showed that the hall, now modernized, is ready to once again take the central place on the map of the most important cultural and business events.

Right before Zdravko Colic’s concert, the Blue Hall was opened to the audience’s applause, following an introduction by Kristina Milincic, the CEO of Sava Center. The host of the ceremony was Milan Maric, one of the last artists to perform in the old Blue Hall, before the reconstruction of Sava Centar began. The curtain on the stage of the Blue Hall, for the first time following the renovation of Sava Centar, was lifted at the movement of the baton of the conductor Maestro Fedor Vrtacnik.

This project of Delta Holding has returned to Belgrade one of its most important symbols, and according to the CEO of Sava Centar, Kristina Milincic, the company invested EUR 120 million in the reconstruction of Sava Center, of which EUR 40 million in the reconstruction and upgrade of the Blue Hall.
