Cadez: Technology fair Gitex Global from Dubai to attend EXPO too

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (CCIS) and Gitex Global, the world’s biggest tech fair, will organize a big event within the exhibition EXPO 2027, where the latest tech solutions in the fields of biotechnology, artificial intelligence and the most innovative technologies will be presented.

This was announced in Dubai by Marko Cadez, the president of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, following a meeting with Trixie LohMirmand, the executive vice-president of the Dubai World Trade Center, which organizes Gitex Global.

– It is a great acknowledgment when the management of such a big world fair invites you and tells you that they want us to work together, to have Belgrade be their hub in Europe. Companies from Serbia are recognized as innovative, which is also interesting if we’re talking about the praise that the world media have given to Serbia. We are starting with our teams, the CCIS and Gitex, we are working on organizing an event which will take place on the sidelines of EXPO – said the president of the CCIS.

He points out that there are 14 Serbian IT companies at the fair, offering phenomenal solutions for the widest variety of industries – from agriculture to services and banking.

– There is a huge interest in precisely such solutions here at the fair – added Cadez.

At the Gitex Global 2024, the following Serbian companies, organized by the CCIS and the Development Agency of Serbia, are presenting their solutions: Neuroblast Ecosystem, Ikotek, CODETIQ, DevPool, 2D SOFT, Neotech Solution, Digital Logic, Avisto Eastern Europe, Braineering IT Solutions, Inform Technologies, Intellya, Egzakta Group, Mainloop, Intelisale.

The fair lasts until October 18, and this global event has been, for over four decades, the premiere gate for tech creators, investors and cooperation enthusiasts. It encompasses two big locations – the Dubai World Trade Center and the Port of Dubai.

It offers more than 40 halls of exhibition space, showcasing tech giants and innovative startups in fields such as artificial intelligence, cyber security, mobility, sustainable technology and many other things.
