Taco Bell arriving to Serbia

The American fast-food chain inspired by Mexican cuisine, Taco Bell, is soon to enter the Serbian market too, N1 learns.

Last month, Taco Bell opened its first restaurant in the neighboring Bosnia and Herzegovina. The exclusive franchise for this fast-food chain in B&H, but also the eight countries of the region, belongs to the Sarajevo-based company Tastra Bell.

In May this year, the company founded its branch office in Serbia, with the seat in the business part of New Belgrade.

According to N1’s findings, the preparations for the opening of the first Taco Bell restaurants in Serbia are ongoing, and one of the first locations should be in the Belgrade Waterfront settlement.

That the entrance of Taco Bell to the market of Serbia is getting closer has also been confirmed on the Instagram profile of this popular fast-food chain for B&H. When asked by a user why the restaurant is not available in Belgrade, they briefly responded: “Soon!”

By looking in the Serbian National Internet Domain Registry (RNIDS), it can be seen that the branch office of Taco Bell in B&H registered the internet domain tacobell.rs in March this year.

Taco Bell is a global fast-food restaurant chain which offers tacos, burritos and other specialties inspired by Mexican cuisine. This restaurant chain is part of the Yum! Brands corporation (KFC, Pizza Hut…) and operates in over 30 countries of the world.
