Number of under-30 entrepreneurs growing

According to the data of the Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA) from the six-month report on the newly founded business entities, between May 6 and November 6 this year, 4,576 companies and 26,484 enterprises were founded.

Among them are 10,356 female entrepreneurs and 926 companies in which women are the majority owners.

In the observed period, a growth of the number of newly founded business entities in which the founders are younger than 30 was noticed. There are now 24.6% more of them compared to the same period last year, as announced on the SBRA website.

The data was presented during the meeting within the working visit of the minister of economy, Adrijana Mesarovic.
