Taiwantrade Mobile officially launched - 43 industry categories, 60,000 Taiwan companies, over 250,000 products available at your finger tips

To ride the wave of the App economy, Taiwantrade, a B2B trading platform implemented by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) commissioned by the Bureau of Foreign Trade, and Ministry of Economic Affairs, launched a free mobile version-Taiwantrade Mobile. International buyers can download this free app to their mobile devices to browse products and communicate with suppliers from Taiwan, whose sales channels are expected to be expanded considerably.

New platform for buyers and sellers to boost global trade

Besides extending Taiwantrade services to the mobile platform, the free Taiwantrade Mobile app incorporates BizSearch, with which overseas buyers can browse over 250,000 products from 60,000 Taiwan companies, listed under 43 categories. The app is expected to greatly improve trade efficiency and boost successful deals.

Five key benefits yielding the best business results

-Search: Provides instant search results from Taiwantrade’s vast database, including products, companies, business, event information and video catalogs. Buyers can even check out suppliers’ profiles for a quick summary of product info, the supplier’s company name, company address, and contact information, and share the information with their friends.

- News and Events: News feeds of Taiwantrade e-newsletter, with topics covering special events and the latest business activities. Users can easily share that information with friends on social media.

-My Favorites: Provides interactive message boards for inquiries and calendar management; users can subscribe to info alerts on new products and suppliers, which can be sorted by industries.
