Energoprojekt Niskogradnja signs contract for EUR 23.4 million job in Peru
In a consortium with two South American companies - Colombia's Conalvias S.A. and Peru's Superconcreto S.A., Energoprojekt Niskogradnja, one of the members of the Energoprojekt system, and the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Peru signed in November 2011 an Agreement on the execution of rehabilitation and reconstruction works on the Chongoyape-Cochabamba-Cajamarca road, the Cochabamba-Chota section, in Peru.
The length of this road section is 36 kilometers and it is situated on the territory of the Andes Mountains, at the height of about 2,000 meters above the sea level. The contract value of the works entrusted to Niskogradnja amounts to EUR 23.4 million, inclusive of VAT, while the project implementation period is set at 24 months.
As the management of Energoprojekt Holding announced in mid-2011, the aim of this company is to sign EUR 275 million worth of job contracts this year, and only 35% of that plan was fulfilled in the first half of the year.
