Brewery in Čelarevo invested another 10m EUR in development of production units

The works on the installation of new equipment and expansion of capacities of the brewer, worth 10m EUR, commenced in company "Carlsberg" in Čelarevo.

Three fermentation reservoirs of 6,000 hl each and other up-to-date equipment, which is being installed in the units of the brewer, arrived from Netherlands, from company "Holvrieka".

General Manager of the company, Isaac Sheps, expects to increase annual production with the help of new equipment to 1.5 million hl of beer on annual basis.

It is important to say that in the last two years, since the privatization, "Carlsberg" invested over 85 million EUR in Čelarevo-based brewer. That only confirms that "Calsberg" is one of the most important investors in the region, as well as in Serbia.
