Elektromontaza sold for RSD 86 million to consortium led by KV Akvizicija

Kraljevo-based Elektromontaza was sold for RSD 86 million, at an auction on March 2nd, to a consortium led by KV Akvizicija, the Privatization Agency announced.

The starting price was RSD 76.77 million, and the buyer also took over the debts amounting to RSD 49.27 million and promised to invest RSD 38 million in that company.

Elektromontaza is engaged in the production, construction and overhaul of power facilities, and it employs 214 workers.
