Official bids for procurement of Steam Power Plant and Coal Mine in Pljevlja delivered by only three investors – Holding company for Slovenian power plants, Syberian "Belon" and Russian "En plus group"
The deadline for delivery of bids on tender for sale of Steam Power Plant"Pljevlja" and 31% of State-owned assets in Coal Mine has expired. The offers were delivered by Holding company for Slovenian power plants, Syberian "Belon" and Russian "En plus group".
In addition to these three, the qualified for participation in the tender were also Czech "ČEZ", Austrian "Ferbund" and Greek-American consortium "Public Power Corporation" and "Contour Global".
Russian "En plus group" is ready to pay 45m EUR for the property of Steam Power Plant "Pljevlja", which is owned by Montenegrin Electric Power Company, and it is willing to invest 195m EUR in it.
In its bid, "Belon" offered 11m EUR for Steam Power Plant and 210m EUR for the investments, as well as 1m EUR for the stocks of the Mine, in which it would invest 120m EUR.
Holding company for Slovenian power plants offered 16m EUR for procurement of Pljevlja-based Steam Power Plant and 572m EUR for the investments, whereas the offered price for procurement of the Mine amounts to 4.6m EUR, along with 42.9m EUR worth of investments.
