Italy's Calzedonia, a specialized lingerie manufacturer, has received a 2.5-hectare building land. Italians want to build a 5,000-square-meter facility worth EUR 6 million and employ 267 workers at it.
The third investor that has got a building land is Belgrade-based Insert, a fashion footwear manufacturer, which makes shoes for its partners Chanel, Chistian Dior, Prada, Valentino, Sergio Rossi...
Insert currently makes shoes at a rented production hall of the former factory Kluz in Ruma, but it now wants to built its own factory.
- We've obtained a 1.5-hectare land from the municipality to build a new production facility spanning between 3,000 and 4,000 square meters on it. About EUR 1.5 million will be invested in the construction and equipping of the factory that will employ 180 people - Zarko Kojic, the owner of Insert, says to eKapija.
