Srdjan Vujicic Strengthens 'Savills' Team in Serbia

"Savills", a global real estate consultancy company began to strengthen its team in Serbia, by hiring Srdjan Vujicic for the position of Director within the company "Coreside," as it was announced.

Srdjan Vujicic has joined "Coreside Savills' team, after years of working in the company King Sturge / JLL where he was engaged as director. Srdjan has more than a decade of experience in real estate, as well as in the Serbian market and in markets of Central and Eastern Europe.

Some of the major projects he was involved were relocation of the U.S. Embassy in Belgrade, consulting for the Department of State Washington, as well as the feasibility study and market analysis for Mahler Group GMBH, Plaza Centers Hungary, and many others. In 2010 he was hired by the company "Immorent" for a successful sale of commercial space of 8,000 m2, and also on the sale of Skadarlija Apollo project in Belgrade. Companies such as GTC, "CA Immo", "Merrill Lynch", "M-Invest", "Airport City", "Erste Group Immorent" are just some of the references Vujicic has, according the announcement.

In his new position, Srdjan Vujicic will be focused on the development and positioning of "Savills Coreside" company, with special emphasis on improving the department for investments and transactions, as well as business activities in Serbia and the region.

Jovan Vujic, director of assessment and consulting services in the company "Coreside Savills," said that the professional caliber like Srdjan Vujicic would significantly strengthen the company's future position on the market.
