What are the salaries and what is the reward system like in companies in Serbia - AHK and "Kienbaum" research until June, 18
Delegation of the German industry in Serbia in cooperation with the German company "Kienbaum Consultants International" has started a research project on the average heights of personal income and variable remuneration for senior management and operational positions in Serbia. When in two months, this study is completed, it will represent a valuable base on salary levels for a total of 86 job positions and thus help businesses in budgeting for the next fiscal year, said the German Delegation in Serbia.
This project was supported by five major business associations in Serbia: Serbian-German Economic Association, FIC, Commercial Section of the Embassy of Austria, the Serbian Association of Managers and Nordic Business Alliance in Serbia.
German Delegation associate in Serbia, Milan Vuckovic, notes that all the firms that take active part in the survey, will have multiple benefits from the project.
- It is known that participation in such studies in the form of surveys, is not cheap. In cooperation with "Kienbaum" we agreed on very attractive prices for firms that are members of one of the business association that have supported our project and those companies whose associations haven't given direct support this time. For this reason, they adopted a proposal on a total of four price groups ranging from 220 to 750 EUR, which means that the survey participants will be able to profit as much as 80% in savings compared to the normal price. Participants will, eventually, get the choice to choose the printed version of the analysis results in Serbian or English - said Vuckovic.
The results of this study will provide, first of all to the departments of human resources, great support, given that it will serve them as a basis for discussions with the workers, as well as references when creating new jobs, then the introduction of payment levels or checking the current level or to assist in creation of variable payment systems, as well as for setting the budget and strategic planning.
The deadline for participation in this survey is 18 June this year. More information about the project and an order form or questionnaire, all can be obtained through the portal of the German Delegation in Serbia http://serbien.ahk.de/rs/ .
