Sevojno based 'Jedinstvo' shareholders to appear on B Listing
Shareholders Union from the production - installation company "Jedinstvo" from Sevojno, decided to begin necessary activities to take the company's shares out on the Standard Market (Listing B) of BSE.
B listing is the second with the highest quality sector of the domestic equity market, which involves much more work for the company in terms of transparency, announcement of quarterly financial statements, and other important events.
Currently, there are three issuers on the Standard Market of BSE: Komercijalna Bank, Alfa plam and Metalac, while on the Prime Market the following companies are listed: NIS, Energoprojekt, Belgrade Airport "Nikola Tesla", Sojaprotein and Tiger.
Shares of the company "Jedinstvo" have been on the Belgrade Stock Exchange since April 2003, when they cost 300 dinars from which they went to its highest reached amount in February 2008, at the level of 15.965 dinars.
Latest price for this company's shares amounted to 4.000 dinars, which is less than the beginning of the year by 17.6 percent.
