'Metalac' company's dividend 132 million dinars - 130 dinars per share

The Assembly of Gornji Milanovac based company "Metalac", decided to make payment to shareholders on behalf of dividend, the amount of 132.6 million dinars, that is 130 dinars per share.

The right to a dividend have all shareholders of the unique records of the Central Registry on 21 May this year.

The Assembly decided to set aside 30 million dinars from the profit for the premium for management , while there will be provided 50 million dinars for the premiums for workers.

The remaining amount of profit of 194.2 million dinars will be retained as undistributed profits.

The Assembly also adopted regular and consolidated financial statements for the past year. This company generated consolidated operating revenues of 5.2 billion dinars in 2011, while its consolidated net profit was less than 500 million dinars.

The shares of "Metalac" at the BSE, recorded a decrease of 4.3% since the beginning of the year, and according the final price of 1.532 dinars, market capitalization of the company amounts to 1.56 billion dinars (13.6 million euros).
