Cypress investitors bought "Inex" hotels on Tara

At the auction of the Agency for privatization of Serbia, a social company for tourism, restaurant management and trade "Inex-Tara" from Bajina Basta, has been sold "off-shore" to a company from Cypress, "Global state investment" by the starting price of 49.6 millions dinars.

The Cypress company became the owner of "Drina" hotel in Bajina Basta with 200 beddings, of "Tara" in Tarska Sljivovica with 120 beddings and "Vrela" in Peruc with 180, as well as of the restaurant "Express", "Europe" and "Stadium" in Bajina Basta.

The director of Inex-Tara, Gradimir Jovanovic pointed out that at the auction has been sold 70% of the social capital, and 30% as free bonds has been divided to emploees, ex workers and pensioners, which have got for them 200 eur in dinar value for each year year of work in this company.

"Inex-Tara" now hires 120 of workers, and 329 workers gave the necessary documentation for registration for free shares.
