Project "Airport City Belgrade" declared best "greenfield" investment in region of Southeast Europe - award "Investors of the Year" delivered to "ComTrade Group" and Banca Intesa in Serbia, as well

"Airport City Belgrade", "ComTrade Group" and "Banca Intesa" are laureates of this-year award "Investors of the Year", which is given by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

The awards, according to the statement given by the Serbian Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA), were given on June 26, 2006, in Vienna, where the fifth annual OECD conference on investments and trade in Southeast Europe is in progress.

It is the certificate that OECD gives away every year to the foreign investors in the countries of Southeast Europe. This time, "Airport City Belgrade" project has been declared the best "greenfield" investment in the region, "ComTrade Group" got award in the new category called "The most innovative domestic investor" at the regional level and "Banca Intesa" for the best investment in Serbia.

The greatest acknowledgement of the investment potential of Serbia comes with the fact that, the third year in a row, the awarded "greenfield" investment at the regional level is realized in Serbia (2004 - "Ball Packaging", 2005 - "Metro", 2006 - "Airport City").

"Airport City Belgrade" is the joint investment of "Africa Israel Corporation" and "Tidhar group Ltd" from Israel and it represents the first "business park" in Serbia, which will offer the comfort of the highest world standard to its users, in addition to the biggest concentration of the office space in the country.
