Roman Glaser in search for strategic partner for Perutnina Ptuj

According to the unofficial information, Roman Glaser, the President of the Board of Perutnina Ptuj received an approval of the majority of owners to start looking for the potential strategic partner.

The partner should strengthen Perutnina for some 30 million euros of fresh capital. The Perutnina cooperative Ptuj and Capital Association also gave their consent but they are waiting more detailed presentation both of the strategic partner and of the investment plan for the funds essential for capital increase.

It still remains unknown who Glaser was discussing with the possibility of taking part in the capital increase. He added that the present owners will have an advantage and only after them the external investors will take part.
