Suit against Comico oil submitted to Trade Court in Pozarevac

Public attorney in Smederevo has lodged a complaint for contact termination to the Trade Court in Pozarevac against Comico oil since it did not pay 652 million RSD for land lease for the oil refinery construction, a public attorney, Milena Nisev said for Tanjug.

- We expect the court to adopt the complaint and to pass a verdict to terminate the contract – she pointed out and specified that a complaint with additional documentation was sent via post and that it would arrive tomorrow.

The respondent has a 30 - day deadline to pronounce upon the suit and the contract can end by the final court verdict.

As Nisev explained, first it was planned to submit complaint to Primary Court in Smederevo but after consulting the republic attorney, it was decided to submit it to the trade court.

This kind of proceedings with Comico oil was responsibility between two courts, she added.
