Serbian Progressive Party,coalition of Serbian Socialist Party, Party of the United Pensioners of Serbia, United Serbia and United Regions of Serbia sign coalition agreement - July 23 likely to see new Government constitution

At five o’clock,the leaders of the Serbian Progressive Party, coalition gathered around the Socialist Party of Serbia as well as United Regions of Serbia (Aleksandar Vucic,Ivica Dacic, Jovan Krkobabic, Dragan Markovic and Mladjan Dinkic) signed coalition agreement on the basis of which new government will be formed.
The agreement on 13 pages contains guidelines for the operations of cabinet of Ivica Dacic and includes nine fields- state policies, economic and social policies, legal state operating and rule of law, anti-corruption, organized criminal, state administration reform, depart, decentralization and media freedom, as well as science and education.
The leader of socialists and a mandatory for the constitution of new government, Ivica Dacic, says the meeting could be held July 23, and after that the parliament would elect new government.
Signing of the agreement yesterday briefly, became questionable because the Party of the United Pensioners of Serbia, dissatisfied with the treatment in the negotiation process, asked the coalition agreement, suggested by the Serbian Progressive Party to be supplemented.
In the meantime,misunderstanding inside the Serbian Socialist Party- Party of the United Pensioners of Serbian –United Serbia coalition has been compromised but the details were not announced.
The agreement says maximal efforts will be put into setting date for the beginning of EU membership negotiations.
Serbia, as it was said, would not accept Kosovo and Metohija independence but it would aim at normalization of life for all citizens who live in Kosovo and Metohija.
It has also been said that the Kosovo and Metohija issue would be solved in peaceful way.
Signatories of theagreement, Aleksandar Vucic, Ivica Dacic, Jovan Krkobabic Dragan Markovic and Mladjan Dinkic confirmed the initial formula for the future government would bein line with the eight - five – two formula (Serbian Progressive Party –Serbian Socialist Party- Party of the United Pensioners of Serbia –United Serbia, United Regions of Serbia).
The Government will thus have 15 ministries.
According to the announced formula, the Serbian Progressive Party should be in charge of eight ministries, one of which will belong to Velimir Ilic, leader of the New Serbia, five to the coalition, one of which in charge of Party of the United Pensioners of Serbia and two of which to the United Regions of Serbia.
