At the moment, Serbia has total of 281 bankruptcy managers with license

Since the beginning of work of the Agency for bankruptcy managers' licensing (February 2005) until today, five expert exams have been organized and realized for bankruptcy managers.

Total number of candidates who passed the exam for bankruptcy manager is 403. Of that number: 224 or 55.6% are graduated economists, 105 or 26.0% are graduated lawyers, 74 or 18.4% are of other professions. Also, 313 or 77.7% candidates are male, whereas 90 of them or 22.3% are female.

Of total number of candidates who passed the exam for bankruptcy managers in 2005, the license was issued to 185 candidates, whereas another 96 candidates received licenses prior to July 13, 2006. That means that the total number of licenses bankruptcy managers in Serbia amounts to 281 at the moment.

The biggest number of the licensed bankruptcy managers is under jurisdiction of of commercial court in Belgrade (129), while the rest of them (152) are under jurisdiction of other commercial courts in the Republic of Serbia.
