Pharmaceutical company "Stada" offered 147 EUR per stock for takeover of complete ownership over Vršac-based "Hemofarm"
German company "Stada" opened today (July 20, 2006), through its broker "Raiffeisen" bank, the offer for takeover of 100% of stocks with the voting right or 3,300,000 regular stocks of Vršac-based "Hemofarm".
The offered price per stock is 146.97 EUR, in CSD, at average exchange rate of NBS, on the day of the closing of the bid (August 9). If calculated by the present exchange rate, that price amounts to 12,345 CSD.
The payment will be carried out within three days, from the day of the closing of the bid, and the bidder is obliged to continue the same activity after the takeover of "Hemofarm", as well as that the headquarters of the company will stay in Vršac.
According to earlier statements, "Stada" intends to develop production and distribution of new products, to invest in the development of new production technology and it does not have intention to cut the number of employees.
