Five suspects in Agrobanka case in 30-day custody, five in house arrest
The Belgrade District Court decided on Monday to keep 5 suspects in the Agrobanka case in 30-day custody, while another 5 will be kept in house arrest, Organized Crime Prosecutor Miljko Radisavljevic told Tanjug on Monday.
At the proposal of the Prosecution Office, a judge of the Belgrade District Court decided to remand Habit Pharm's owner Radoslav Sekulic and his son Dusko Sekulic, Dragomir Jovanovic, Borka Filipovic and Milan Stefanovic in custody for up to 30 days, the prosecutor specified.
Nenad Maricic, Bratislav Mihajlovic, Dusko Sunjevaric, Dragovan Milinkovic and Snezana Paunovic are forbidden to leave their home, that is, the judge placed them under house arrest, said Radisavljevic.
Upon questioning 10 responsible persons of the companies that operated as part of Habit System, the Prosecution Office last night issued an order to expand the investigation against the total of 15 suspects, Radosavljevic noted.
According to his words, the investigation will be expanded against the responsible persons of Agrobanka led by Dusan Antonic, former chairman of the Agrobanka Executive Board, Slavoljub Koricanac, Bojan Zaric, Boban Labovic and Vegab Papic.
The investigation will also be expanded against Radoslav Sekulic, Dragomir Jovanovic, Dusko Sekulic, Borka Filipovic, Nenad Maricic, Snezana Paunovic, Dragovan Milinkovic, Milan Stefanovic, Dusko Sunjevaric and Bratislav Mihajlovic on suspicion of abuse of office, the prosecutor added.
